We are looking for Learning Assistants to support our teaching teams provide tutoring in schools.
Earn £100 a day
We provide schools with exceptional intervention and tuition that rapidly increases outcomes in SATs and GCSE results.
Workshops during term time, weekends and school holidays.
Each teaching team consists of:
- A lead teacher who plans and organises each day.
- A second teacher,
- A support assistant
We are looking for undergraduates and trainee teachers who are passionate about supporting learning, have a strong background in either Maths or English and can build positive relationships with children in both a primary and secondary education setting.
How does it work?
• We will offer initial training and run safeguarding checks on your behalf.
• You will be assigned to a lead teacher who will support you prepare for each teaching day (5 to 6 hours).
• This includes access to the learning materials.
• The team of three will visit a school and together, you will support a group of 30 pupils
• The lead teacher is responsible for the organisation and main teaching delivery.
• You will be a support assistant helping learners with any
difficulties they have once they are working independently.
• Work is flexible with a choice of dates and locations.
